Hengshui's first shopping centre, at 121 Renmin West Road by Baoyun Street in Taocheng District, run by Hengshui Department Store Group and opened on 24 September 2013 as an upscale mall. With two basement and seven above-ground floors and about 100,000 m², it houses a department store, supermarket, restaurants, cinema, kids' playground and KTV, plus a 1,500 m² sunken plaza. It sits beside Yishui Park on the city's central axis.
