A 530,000 m² complex at Qindongmen Street and Tongguan South Road in Haizhou District, opened on 6 December 2019 as Seazen's 57th Wuyue Plaza. Its design draws on 'mountain and sea' culture and Journey to the West motifs, and it houses 198 brands including a supermarket, cinema, gym, the city's first indoor mall sports court and a kids' play area. It recorded sales of CNY 548 million in 2023 and suits families.
