A mixed-use commercial building at 45 Renmin Avenue South, Xiashan District, Zhanjiang, opened on 20 September 2000 as a key municipal project, with 91,000 m² including 32,500 m² of shopping floors. Made up of towers A and B, it combines shopping, leisure, trade, residences and offices with a supermarket and book centre. It was later refitted as two themed zones, the Zhanjiang Food Street and Guomao Seoul Street, and opens daily 10:00-22:00.
