A shopping centre in the Xiayuan shopping area of Wanbailin District at Yingze West Street and Heping Road, opened on 22 September 2019 by Nanhai Group within a complex that also has a hotel and offices. It spans six floors above ground and four below with over 250 brands, featuring a sports-and-play street, a themed dining street and the Guhuai Lane guochao culture street, and since July 2026 Shanxi's first JD 7FRESH supermarket. It is a major shopping venue west of the Fen River.
