Huizhou's first large commercial complex, at No. 11 Yanda Avenue, Huicheng District, with 460,000 m² planned (250,000 m² of retail) opened in three phases in 2008, 2010 and 2024. It mixes open-air streets with an enclosed mall, offering fashion, food, night-market stalls, kids' play and cinema; the third phase, Luofuli, adds over 200 brands themed on Mount Luofu culture. Named a Guangdong demonstration shopping district in 2021, it suits visitors and families.
