A large shopping complex at 198 Pushang Avenue in Cangshan District, Fuzhou, at the junction with Minjiang Avenue, with about 210,000 m² of commercial space. It opened on 19 September 2015 as Cangshan Aegean Shopping Center, drawing 468,000 visitors on day one, and was renamed Le Ti Gang in July 2025 under Sino-Ocean's "Ti Gang" brand. It combines shopping, dining and entertainment, with over 22 million visits a year.
