A complex developed by Hunan Friendship & Apollo Commercial at the junction of Guoqing North Road and Tongxin Road in Chenzhou's Beihu District, opened on 30 April 2016 with 234,000 m² of floor area. It runs on an 'anchor store + shopping street + housing' model covering shopping, dining and entertainment, and in 2024 was merged and upgraded with the neighbouring Youyi Zhonghuangcheng, adding immersive experiences. A landmark of Chenzhou's commercial district.
