A commercial complex at Youcheng 10th Road and Maoming Avenue in Maonan District, listed as a key project of the city's 13th Five-Year Plan. Its shopping centre opened on 1 May 2017 within a development of about 600,000 m² that also includes a pedestrian shopping street and housing. In 2022 it was named a Guangdong provincial demonstration shopping district; it suits shopping, strolling and family outings.
