ℹ️ About the mall
A shopping centre at 139 Huaihai Road in Huaibei's core shopping district. It grew out of the Dongfang department store (opened 2003), became a fashion centre in 2015 and was rebuilt as a mall in 2016. The project totals about 120,000 m², some 60,000 m² of it retail for shopping, dining and leisure, close to Jinying and Huaibei Department Store; more than ten bus lines run along Huaihai Road.
