ℹ️ About the mall
A retail centre in Xinpu New District, Zunyi, which opened in 2018 as 'CSCEC Fangyuanhui', one of Xinpu's first large malls with about 46,000 m² of retail space. Renamed on 24 May 2025, it is now run by CSCEC 4th Bureau's city-investment arm. It offers international fashion, sportswear, kids' and family facilities and dining, with an outdoor 'green lounge' and evening market, mainly serving neighbourhood families.
