A large retail complex at 47 Hebei Avenue, Chibi, developed by Hubei Zhengyi Property for RMB 160 million with Walmart as anchor; it officially opened on 26 December 2013. The roughly 64,000 m² building houses a Walmart hypermarket with some 20,000 lines of fresh food, clothing and appliances, plus dining, entertainment and fashion stores in the main block. It has 200 free parking spaces and community bus links, and serves local residents for everyday shopping.
