A mall at No. 1177 Huanhu Road, Meixi Lake, Yuelu District, above Metro Line 2 - China Jinmao's first "Lanxiu City" - with over 100,000 m², designed by Callison and opened on 30 September 2016. Aimed at families and young shoppers, it draws over 10 million visits a year and in 2024 became the underlying asset of one of China's first listed consumer-infrastructure REITs.
