A commercial complex run by Beichen Group in the Beichen Delta at the confluence of the Xiang and Liuyang rivers, next to the 'three halls and one theatre' cultural landmarks. Formerly Changsha Beichen Delta Joy City, opened by the Joy City team in September 2021 and visited more than 40 million times, it has been run independently by Beichen under its current name since 20 September 2025. It hosts over 200 brands, the 'Wuli OpenHouse' magic-themed space and a 13-metre river-view slide.
