A commercial complex at 30 Guangming Road, Tianshan District, Urumqi, where the Youhao, Zhongshan Road and Xidamen/Xiaoximen shopping areas meet, with about 120,000 m² of retail and over 1,500 parking spaces. Opened in 2010 by Century Ginwa and Xinjiang Guanghui Group, it was later refitted and renamed CC MALL Times Square as an experience-led mall. It suits shoppers in central Urumqi.
