The first mid-to-upscale shopping centre outside Xiamen Island, on Binhu North Road beside Haicang Lake, opened on 23 December 2011 with about 104,000 m² and nicknamed 'Xiamen's West Living Room'. Designed by US firm LLA in a Hawaiian-tropical and Chinese style, it has a supermarket and parking in the basement, shops, restaurants and a cinema on floors 1–3, plus Walmart, McDonald's, KFC and children's play facilities. Family-friendly.
