An AEON suburban shopping centre in Wuzhong District, Suzhou, opened in April 2014 with about 154,000 m² of floor space on three upper floors plus a basement car park (over 3,000 spaces). Built on a "two anchors and one street" layout, it holds an AEON supermarket, more than 190 specialty stores and a Lotte cinema, with zones for fashion, dining and children's play. Billed as East China's first eco-friendly suburban mall (solar power, LED lighting, green roofs), it suits families and everyday shopping.
