📜 The law text / key provisions

The Regulations on Administration of Work Permits (2017) provide: (1) Category A: high-level talents (scientists, experts, senior managers), simplified procedures; (2) Category B: regular labor market requirements, minimum 2 years experience and university education required; (3) Category C: seasonal or quota-limited employment; (4) Work permit: employer applies for work permit then worker applies for Z visa; (5) Job change: requires renewal of work permit.
