📜 The law text / key provisions
The Property Rights Law (2007) provides: (1) Types of real rights: ownership, usufruct, security interest; (2) Property transfer: real property ownership only transfers upon registration at real estate registration offices; (3) Common ownership: ownership in residential complexes and shared facilities regulated; (4) Foreigner protection: legitimate property rights of foreigners protected by law; (5) Land use right: renewal of residential use right (70 years) occurs automatically per subsequent legal amendments.
