📜 The law text / key provisions
Tourism Law (2013): (1) requires travel agencies to conclude a detailed written contract before the trip begins; (2) prohibits forcing tourists to visit specific shops or buy specific products; (3) the tourism operator is responsible for services advertised in the contract and obligated to compensate for shortfalls; (4) travel insurance is mandatory for group tour operators. Individual tourists: enjoy less specifically defined rights if not part of a tourism contract. Reporting violations: to the National Tourism Administration (Ministry of Culture and Tourism).
