📜 The law text / key provisions

The Social Credit System framework provides: (1) Credit scores: companies receive credit scores based on tax compliance, customs, environmental, contracts...; (2) Blacklist: companies and individuals with bad records placed on blacklists restricting their access to loans, government contracts, and permits; (3) Whitelist: exemplary companies and individuals receive procedural facilitation benefits; (4) Foreigners: foreign companies operating in China covered by the corporate credit system; (5) Travel ban list: individuals on the blacklist may be prohibited from air travel and high-speed trains.
