The Railway Law (2015 Amendment) provides: (1) Railway tickets: real-name basis through the official Chinese train platform (12306); (2) Delay: limited compensation in case of deviation from train schedule; (3) Behavior on board: smoking, disruptive behavior, and loud calls in quiet carriages prohibited; (4) Blacklist: repeated violations may lead to ban from using trains; (5) Foreigners: foreigners use passports instead of national ID to purchase tickets.
