Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law (2022): (1) sets noise limits according to area type: residential, commercial, industrial; (2) nighttime construction: prohibited in residential areas between 22:00-06:00 except in emergencies with prior permission; (3) requires entertainment venues and factories to limit noise to specified standards; (4) allows those affected to file complaints with local environmental authorities or police station.
