📜 The law text / key provisions

The Electronic Signature Law (2019 Amendment) provides: (1) Legal recognition: a reliable electronic signature is legally equivalent to a handwritten signature; (2) Reliable signature: requires unique link to signatory, verifiability, and immutability; (3) Exceptions: does not apply to contracts involving real estate, marriage, adoption, inheritance, and paper securities; (4) Accredited providers: electronic signature service providers must obtain Ministry of Industry accreditation; (5) Foreigners: foreign electronic signature accepted if it meets equivalent standards.
