Firefly (萤火虫) is NIO Group's third, smallest brand, launched in late 2024 with China deliveries starting April 2025 around a single small premium hatchback aimed at rivals like the MINI Cooper and Smart worldwide. The brand targets Europe primarily, and also sells in Macau, Singapore and Latin America, with UK and Australia launches planned for 2026. NIO's CEO has confirmed the brand will focus all its resources on this one model rather than developing a second.
