📖 About the company
FAW Group launched Bestune (formerly Besturn) in 2006 as a value-oriented brand separate from the premium Hongqi marque, covering affordable family cars. It historically focused on petrol-powered sedans and compacts, but has rapidly pivoted toward plug-in hybrids and EVs in recent years, aided by technical partnerships including Huawei. Bestune posted its highest sales in a decade in 2024 on the back of this shift, and continues to expand into export markets across the Middle East and Latin America.
