Bank of Kunlun is a commercial bank headquartered in Karamay, Xinjiang, originating from Karamay City Commercial Bank before it was taken over and renamed by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). It became internationally known for handling oil-trade settlements with Iran.

Foreign residents can open an account at a branch with a passport and residence permit, but the branch network is geographically limited and concentrated in Xinjiang and oil-sector regions.
