Bank of Zhengzhou is a city commercial bank based in Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan province in central China. Founded in 1996, it listed in Hong Kong in 2015 and on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2018, becoming the first city commercial bank dual-listed in both markets.
