A spacious Buddhist temple in the town of Zhengding, north of central Shijiazhuang, founded under the Sui dynasty and heavily rebuilt under the Song. Its best-known features are the Moni Hall and a Song-dynasty bronze Guanyin more than twenty metres tall inside the Pavilion of Great Mercy.
