🚇 Getting to the city centre
The airport has its own high-speed rail station (Shijiazhuang Airport station) reaching the city in about 20 min. Airport buses serve the city, and taxi to downtown is about 30-40 min and 60-80 RMB.
Base for Hebei Airlines, Spring Airlines and China United, with some international/regional flights. Capital of Hebei, the province surrounding Beijing. Halal food options and a prayer room available.
🔄 Getting from the airport to the train stations
Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport (SJW) offers a fast, direct rail link.
Shijiazhuang Railway Station (regular and high-speed): the best option is the free inter-terminal shuttle to Zhengding Airport Railway Station (every 30 minutes), then a D- or G-series high-speed train that reaches Shijiazhuang Railway Station in under 15 minutes for ¥10.5-16.5 (second class), with 13 departures a day - a fast, cheap option. Alternatively, airport bus line 3 takes about 80 minutes for ¥20.
