Getting to the city centre

The airport is about 10 km to the north of Ruoqiang city center. There is no metro; reach the city by airport shuttle bus or taxi, with taxi being the fastest and most convenient option.

Named after the ancient Loulan kingdom; opened 2019 in far eastern Xinjiang; halal food available. A domestic regional airport in Xinjiang. Basic facilities (dining and small shops); ask the information desk about a prayer room. Halal options available.

To Ruoqiang Railway Station (regular/high-speed): there is no metro; the best option is a taxi directly from the airport, about 20 minutes. The airport shuttle bus toward the city center is also available, from where you can change to the station. Allow extra time at remote regional airports.
