江南曲 (嫁得瞿塘賈)
嫁得瞿塘賈，朝朝誤妾期。
早知潮有信，嫁與弄潮兒。
أغنية جيانغنان (تزوجت من تاجر تشي تانغ)
تزوّجت من تاجرٍ من تشو تانغ، فأضاعني كلّ صباحٍ وعده.
لو كنتُ أعلم أنّ المدّ يفي بموعده، لتزوّجتُ من راكب الأمواج.

Married to a Qutang merchant,
Morning after morning he misses his promised time.
Had I known the tides keep their faith,
I would have married a tide-riding lad.
