長相思 (日色欲盡花含煙)
日色欲一作「已」盡花含煙，月明如一作「欲」素愁不眠。
趙瑟初停鳳凰柱，蜀琴欲奏鴛鴦弦。
此曲有意無人傳，願隨春風寄燕然，憶君迢迢隔青天。
昔日一作「時」橫波目，今成流淚泉。
不信妾腸斷，歸來看取明鏡前。
شوق طويل (الشمس تختفي والزهور تحوي الدخان)
عندما يكاد ضوء الشمس يختفي والزهور تكتنفها الضبابية، يشرق القمر شاحبًا كالكتان وأنا أضجر فلا تهدأ جفوني.
أوقفت للتو قيثارة "تشاو" عن إصدار لحنها على أعمدة الفينيق، وأرغب في عزف قيثارة "شو" على وترَيْ طيّورَي الماندرين.
لهذه الألحان معانٍ عميقة لكن لا أحد يحملها، أتمنى أن تبعثها مع نسيم الربيع إلى "يان ران"، فأتذكر حبيبي البعيد السماء بيننا حائلًا.
عيناي اللتان كانتا يومًا تجريان كأمواجٍ متدفقة، أصبحتا اليوم نبعين من الدموع.
إن لم تصدقي أن أمعائي تنقطع من الشوق، فاسرعي وانظري إلى نفسك أمام المرآة الصافية.
Long Longing (The sun fades and flowers hold the mist)
The daylight is nearly spent, and the flowers hold the mist; the moon shines bright, pale and pure, and sorrow keeps me from sleep.
The Zhao zither has just ceased upon its phoenix bridges, and the Shu lute is about to sound its mandarin-duck strings.
This song has meaning, yet no one to bear it away—I would send it on the spring breeze to Mount Yanran, thinking of you, so far away beyond the blue sky.
Once these eyes were rippling glances; now they have become a fountain of tears.
If you will not believe that my heart is broken—come home and look at me before the bright mirror.
