Drunken song on Stone Fish Lake with preface
Stone-fish Lake resembles Dongting,
Summer waters swelling, Jun Hill green.
The hills serve as cups, the waters as a pool,
Drinkers sit scattered across isles and shoals.
Strong winds for days on end whip up great waves,
Yet they cannot halt the boats that ferry wine.
I sit at Ba Hill holding a long ladle,
Pouring drink for all around to dispel our sorrow.
