Spring Lament (Liu Fangping)
Through the gauze window, the sun sinks and dusk draws on; in the gilded chamber, no one sees the traces of tears. Lonely and still, the empty courtyard as spring draws to its close—pear blossoms cover the ground, and the gate remains unopened.
