泠泠七絲一作「弦」上，靜聽松風寒。
古調雖自愛，今人多不彈。

على تلك الأوتار السبعة ذات الصوت العذب الصافي،
أصغي سكونًا إلى رياح الصنوبر الباردة.
وإن كنت أعشق النغم القديم حقًّا،
إلا أن الناس اليوم لم يعودوا يعزفونه.
عزف القيثارة / Playing the Qin
On the seven strings, a cool and clear sound—
I listen quietly to the wind's cold song through the pines.
Though I myself love the ancient tunes,
People of today seldom play them.
