The watchman's horn cuts through the clear autumn air; the soldier leans on the garrison tower.
Spring winds blow against the Green Tomb; the white sun sets over Liangzhou.
On the great frontier, no soldiers bar the way; at the far border, a traveler wanders.
Let the hearts of the barbarians be like this river—forever flowing south.
