別房太尉墓

他鄉復行役，駐馬別孤墳。

近淚無乾土，低空有斷雲。

對棋陪謝傅，把劍覓徐君。

惟見林花落，鶯啼送客聞。

في أرضٍ غربةٍ، أواصلُ رحلتي الشاقّة، فأتوقفُ بفرسي لأودّعَ قبراً وحيداً.

دموعي القريبةُ لم تتركْ تراباً جافّاً، وفوقَ الأفقِ المنخفضِ تطفو سحبٌ ممزّقة.

كنتُ ألعبُ الشطرنجَ برفقةِ سيّدٍ كشيِه فو، وحملتُ سيفي أبحثُ عنٍ كمِ شو جون.

ولم أرَ سوى أزهارِ الغابةِ تتساقط، ونحيبِ العصافيرِ يودّعُ الضيفَ المُنصرف.

In a foreign land again on campaign,

I halt my horse to part from this lonely mound.

Nearby, the ground with tears stays ever damp;

Low in the sky, broken clouds are camped.

We played chess as Xie An once did;

With sword in hand, I sought my Xu Jun, long dead.

Now only see the forest flowers fall,

And hear the oriole's cry escorting guests away, through it all.
