終南山 (王維)

太乙近天都，連山一作「天」接一作「到」海隅。

白雲迴望合，青靄入看無。

分野中峰變，陰晴眾一作「聚」壑殊。

欲投人處宿，隔水一作「浦」問樵夫。

يقترب "تاي يي" من قبة السماء،

وتتصل الجبال الممتدة بزوايا البحر.

السحب البيضاء تلتقي عند التفاتك،

والضباب الأزرق يختفي عند التأمل.

تتغير الأقاليم الفلكية عند القمة الوسطى،

وتتباين الأودية بين الظل والنور.

أريد أن أجد مسكنًا عند أحد الناس،

فأسأل عن الحطاب عبر الماء.

The Great Hermit's Peak draws near the capital's sky,

Chain-linked mountains reach the sea's far rim.

White clouds, looked back upon, close and drift together;

Blue mists, viewed up close, dissolve and disappear.

The central peak marks where the heavens' zones divide,

In shadow or sunlight, each valley wears its own face.

I would seek lodging where men have their homes,

So across the water I call to a woodcutter.
