فضيلة المرأة الفاضلة
The phoenix trees grow old together; mandarin ducks vow to die as mates.
A chaste wife honors dying with her husband—
to sacrifice her life is no different.
I swear these waters shall no more surge—
my heart is ancient well-water, still.
烈女操
梧桐相待老，鴛鴦會雙死。
貞婦貴殉夫，捨生亦如此。
