Download DiDi from App Store or Google Play (available in English)

Register with your foreign phone number — it accepts international numbers

Add a bank card or link WeChat Pay / Alipay for payment

Enter your destination in English or Chinese — the app translates automatically

Choose car type: Express (cheap) or Premier (comfortable)

Wait at your location — the driver will call if clarification is needed
💡 Tip: Before getting in, photograph the plate number and driver ID. Any issue can be reported directly in-app.
