📖 About the university
Hainan Technology and Business College (海南工商职业学院) is a private full-time higher vocational college in Haikou, Hainan Province, supervised by the Hainan Provincial Department of Education. It was founded in 2003 as Hainan Maituo Information Vocational and Technical College and took its current name in April 2010 with Ministry of Education approval; it offers 40 higher vocational majors (as of March 2026). In March 2013 it obtained the qualification to admit international students.
