📜 About & history
The founding date of Liuzhigou Mosque is unknown; it was moved in 1842 and again in 1865, and repaired in 1928. In October 1938 the Eighth Route Army's 4th Detachment formed the "Yimeng Hui Detachment" here. Its prayer hall is built of dressed stone, and it serves 500 Hui households (over 1,500 people) of the Yihewani school.
