📜 About & history
Jinling Town Mosque in Jinnan Village, Linzi District, is said to date from the Ming dynasty (some say the late Yuan) and reached its present size in the Chenghua era. Its Ming-era main prayer hall covers about 400 square metres within a site of some 4,200 square metres that includes lecture and ablution halls, in a style blending Chinese palace and Arab architecture. It became a municipal protected site in 1984 and a Shandong provincial protected site (4th batch) in 2013.
