A peanut-kernel market founded in 1982 in Cheng'an Town, Xinle, beside the Beijing–Guangzhou railway and National Road 107 and under 10 km from the Xinle exit of the Beijing–Hong Kong–Macao Expressway. It covers 15,000 m², with up to 4,000+ stalls on peak days and RMB 300 million turnover in 2017, trading more than ten varieties such as Luhua 9 and Baisha. Named one of Hebei's top ten farm-produce wholesale markets, it draws buyers from over twenty provinces.
