A vegetable wholesale market built by the Anhui provincial government at the centre of an 800,000-mu vegetable-growing base, only 500 m from the Hefei–Xuzhou expressway. The 120-mu site has arched greenhouses, a 60-tonne truck weighbridge and about 3,500 m² of shopfronts and storage, with zones for vegetables, melons and fruit plus a farmers' direct-sale area. It is a Ministry of Agriculture designated market serving more than ten provinces and suits bulk produce buyers.
