A specialised building-materials trading hub in Pujiang County, under construction from March 2008 with an investment of 145 million yuan; it was the county's first regulated building-materials market and is run by a state-owned company. Its 704 shops sell furniture, lighting, cement, building ceramics and eco-friendly materials. In 2024 its south side was expanded into the 90,000 m² Pujiang Home Living Plaza covering 13 home-fitting trades.
