Its fruit zone opened in June 2016 and a cold-chain zone with nine freezer rooms came into use in October 2022; there are also vegetable, farm-machinery and hardware, grain & oil and tea zones. A Ministry of Agriculture designated market serving Guangdong, Fujian and Jiangxi, it suits regional wholesale buyers.
