One of north-east China's three biggest cattle markets, formally established in 1997 in Liangzhongqiao Town on a trading tradition over 300 years old. It covers 40,000 m² with a trading hall, loading platforms, veterinary inspection and electronic weighing, and trades every other day. It handles about 140,000 head a year of improved breeds such as Simmental and Charolais and suits live-cattle traders.
