A small-commodity trade and logistics centre in Haiyang's development zone, east of the Dongcun River and south of Nanjing Street near the Qingdao–Weihai Expressway exit; built from 2012, it has over 100,000 m² in several standalone blocks. It features an 18 m main road, 10 m internal lanes and its own parking, and is served by local buses and the Qingdao Airport–Haiyang line.
