A large vegetable wholesale market founded by the village seniors' association in 1992 and moved to its present site in 1993, midway between Qingdao, Yantai, Weifang and Weihai. It covers 480 mu, draws on 800,000 mu of vegetable fields and sells 110+ varieties, with 20,000 m² of trading sheds and cold and freezer stores. Produce goes to 29 provinces, Russia and Korea; 2015 volume was 1.66 billion kg.
